Built Professionals Masterclass
Our main course. An intensive session for professionals in the built industry: architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, planners and estate developers. Each edition is taught with a host university.

Masterclass for artisans
A practical version of the Masterclass for artisans and site trades. It focuses on doing the work well, using modern tools and materials, and staying safe on site.
Dates and places are announced for each edition. Ask about the next artisans’ class.
Special trainings
One-day courses on a single subject, run with a university department. In February 2025 we ran Modern Construction Technology and Dampness Treatment with the Department of Construction Technology at Kumasi Technical University. It covered:
- Modern construction techniques
- Dampness, leaks and how to treat them
- Basic work site safety
- Modern construction tools: use and maintenance
The fee was GH¢300, covering the certificate, training materials and food. If your department has a subject in mind, we can build a special training with you.
Short workshops
- Design software and BIM. AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp for architects and engineers.
- Site safety and health. For site managers, supervisors and contractors on live sites.
- Green building. Passive design, energy efficiency and sustainable materials.
- Contracts and claims. FIDIC, NEC and local contracts, variations and disputes.
Saturday session
The REACO Meeting Session is a free online gathering every Saturday at 7 pm on Zoom. Each week an experienced practitioner shares practice, updates and lessons from the field, followed by questions.
Past sessions have included:

- Land use and spatial planning in Ghana, with Pln. Percy Anaab Bukari
- Promoting local content in construction, with Engr Prof Humphrey Danso
