About the Institute
REACO International Training Institute (RITI) is where REACO International teaches. We run practical courses for the people who design, build and look after Ghana’s buildings and roads.
Who we are
REACO International Training Institute (RITI) is a skill-focused, practice-oriented professional and innovation training institute. We equip young people, professionals, artisans and entrepreneurs with globally competitive practical skills.
RITI is a modern TVET, STEM, infrastructure, energy and entrepreneurship training hub, established by REACO International to bridge the gap between education and industry.
What we do
RITI works to close the large technical and vocational skills gap in Ghana and across Africa. We deliver short courses, certificate programmes, professional diplomas and higher diplomas in the built environment, engineering, mining, energy and vocational sectors.
Through strategic partnerships, mobile trainings and industry-certified trainers, RITI is building a top-tier workforce development hub.
How we teach
Our courses are short and practical. They are led by working engineers, architects, planners and academics, and many are run jointly with university departments, including the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast Technical University and Kumasi Technical University.
Our programmes are accredited by CPD Group Worldwide (UK). That means the hours you spend with us count towards your continuing professional development.

Rt Rev Ing Prof Joshua Danso Owusu-Sekyere
Board Chair
Professor of Agricultural Engineering and the first Vice-Chancellor of Cape Coast Technical University. He earlier led the Department of Agricultural Engineering at the University of Cape Coast.

Engr Prof Humphrey Danso
Board Member
Dean of the School of Graduate Studies at AAMUSTED. A civil engineer with a PhD from the University of Portsmouth and more than 100 published papers and conference presentations.

Applied chemist and specialist in occupational health, safety and environment, with 24 years in industry, including the Obuasi mine of AngloGold Ashanti.
